Hi, I’m Beth

Like many women, I was busy with work, responsibilities and everyday life. Unlike some women, I also suffered a terrible menopause that resulted in the loss of all my confidence. The simple enjoyment of travel, which had previously been such a large part of my life, felt like something that could wait until there was more time, more money, or someone to go with.
Then in 2025 a friend of mine passed away. She was 56.
Her passing was a stark reminder that life doesn’t always unfold as we expect. None of us know how much time we have, and everything we keep postponing can easily become the things we never do. It changed my perspective.
I stopped waiting for the perfect time and started saying yes to opportunities. Yes to day trips. Yes to exploring new places. Yes to travelling solo. Yes to adventures that fit around real life rather than waiting for some distant future when everything would be easier.
This website was created from that decision.
I truly believe that adventure belongs to everyone. It isn’t measured in miles, and confidence isn’t something we find—it’s something we build, one small step at a time.
I know how hard it is to take that first step, to wait for the “right time”, how easy it is to believe you are incapable and how easy it is to feel fear. But I also know that confidence grows when we take small steps, push ourselves to try new things and give ourselves permission to explore.
My mission is simple: to inspire women to get out and explore, whether that’s a solo coffee, exploring a town they’ve never visited, a day trip to a historic site, a weekend away, or even an overseas adventure.
You don’t need weeks of annual leave, a large budget, bags of confidence, expert survival skills, or a travel companion to experience something new.
You simply need to start.
Because life is precious.
The places you’ve always wanted to visit are waiting.
And there is no better time than now.
